Friends Helping Friends

My friends Caribbean Crystal and Ciballi Fousua were in a very serious car accident in July 2012.  Both Crystal and Ciballi suffered very extensive injuries that have required intensive therapy and rehabilitation to mend broken femurs as well as a broken hip and arm Crystal suffered.  Crystal also sustained severe nerve damage.  Crystal and Ciballi are amazing individuals who continue to work very hard to regain complete mobility.  The support they have received from family and friends has been remarkable and life saving.  They are finally on the road to recovery but require your support once again.  Crystal currently is doing card readings and Ciballi is an extremely talented artist .

I have attached a picture that I emailed to Ciballi and I think you will agree with me, that he is indeed, a very talented artist. I am asking that you hire Crystal and Ciballi for card readings, drawing, or tattoos.  All money that is earned will go towards further therapy.
I am also including a message from Crystal “We have made tremendous progress over the last 5 months however, there is a long way to go in recovery. We still cannot leave the house for long, and, my arm is still very damaged. I’m doing readings to kick off the 2013 year and Ciballi is doing what he does best drawing.  Money earned will help us with getting through these next few months of recuperation.  Thank you for your support.”
You can work through me if you are interested in supporting these two courageous individuals.
Sincerely Cheryl

Keeper of the Greens at El Manglar Golf Club

We here at Teed Off Tee Times had the opportunity to play golf at El Manglar Golf Club recently.  El Manglar is located within the Mayan Palace complex, 30 minutes south of Cancun airport, between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen. The course in a mid-length, 18-hole, par 54, executive par-3 measuring almost 3,000 yards and even contains an uphill 265-yard hole where your driver is needed. This Jack Nicklaus Signature Design is the toughest course in the destination, in relation to par.  Legend has it that Jack Nicklaus created each hole based on his favourite par 3’s from all over the world. El Rey - El Manglar Golf Course On our way around the course, we ran into “El Rey” close to the 7th green.  This is without a doubt, the biggest, most colourful, iguana lizard we have ever seen here in Mexico. To play El Manglar Golf Club or any of the other fantastic golf courses in our destination, call us on our toll-free line 1-855-833-3633 or visit us at www.teedoffteetimes.com Cancun Golf http://teedoff.com.mx/cancun-golf-courses/

Adventures of Golfing in Riviera Maya

Sometimes when we hear back from golf client we a compelled to share their story.  Everything  was great, transportation was right on time, greens were still a little sandy but not that bad.  I do have a funny story to share – one of our players had a small pouch which fortunately did not contain his wallet, just some golf balls, tees, etc.  One of the lemur “banditos” jumped in the cart and took off with it! Mr LattaTejones Tee’d Off Tee Times reply Those “Tejones” aka “Coatis” or “Coatimundis” are a issue here and at many golf courses here in Riviera Maya.  They get fed by the beverage cart and also by some of the golfers.  We played the day before you did and my husband was driving with a bag of open peanuts after he teed off.  There must have been 20 of them chasing the golf car.  Keep smiling  Cheryl
