Adam Scott collapsed on the final day of the Open Championship, handing the Claret Jug to late-comer Ernie Els. Scott held a multi-stroke lead for most of Sunday but ended his weekend with four straight birdies after Els shot a 2-under 68 and entered the clubhouse just one stroke behind Scott.
